Returns & Refunds
Every Curio order is covered for 30 days from delivery.
Something wrong with your order? Email hgo89355@gmail.com with your order number and a short description. If the microscope arrived damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, include a photo — we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice, and you won't need to send anything back.
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. Contact us and we'll approve it. In most cases we won't ask you to return the item, since return postage on a product this size costs more than the product itself.
If we do need an item returned, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label and the return address before you send anything. Please don't post an item back without contacting us first — we can't process returns we aren't expecting.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and clear within 10 business days of approval.
Cancellations are free any time before your order is dispatched, usually within 24 hours of ordering. Email us and we'll stop it.
